Queso

🕊️ Queso is a flock alumni - no longer with us, forever part of the family.

Queso holds a very special place in the yard as the oldest French Black Copper Maran of the flock. After losing our first two beloved Marans, we knew we couldn't live without this breed, and Queso arrived as part of that wonderful second brood alongside Coconut and Kiwi. True to her seasoned status, she is a total professional who minds her own business and generally keeps out of coop trouble.
