Tika Masala

Tikka Masala proves that genetics love to keep things interesting! Even though she is a Whiting True Green just like Sage and Thyme, she looks absolutely nothing like them. Instead, she sports a gorgeous reddish-brown coat that looks a lot closer to Paprika, our Rhode Island Red—though not quite close enough to pass for her twin. She is a beautiful, colorful reminder that you can't judge a chicken's breed just by her feathers!
